Tocci Building Project    

Tocci Building, of Woburn MA, is one of the leading firms in the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) as well as Virtual design and Construction planning.  In the fall of 2007, METCO Services was chosen to provide Surveying and HDS documentation on a 700,000 sq. ft. facility in Philadelphia, Pa. for Tocci Building  The  purpose of the project was to provide an accurate model from point cloud data, a conversion of that model to REVIT and a final layout of the prefab walls designed for the final unit conversion.

The entire workflow proposed by METCO to Tocci was followed exactly, and proved to be a viable solution to the As-Built / Design / Build concerns found in all conversion projects.
