HINO Motors Truck and Bus

METCO Services was responsible for providing scanning and modeling services to Toyota's Commercial Truck Division (HINO) at the Ontario, California axle plant. The scans, using the Leica HDS 300 scanner, provided a complete As-Built of the facility to be used by the Plant Engineers.

The purpose of the As-Built survey is to verify the relative spatial location of various machines and tools located in the plant. This information assisted in the construction and layout of a new expansion in Marion, Arkansas.
