METCO Services, Inc, Leica Geosystems and Autodesk  team up to scan Easter Island, Chile METCO Services, Inc., in conjunction with Leica Geosystems and Autodesk, participated in the scanning of historical sites and relics across Easter Island, Chile. In an effort to preserve the integrity of sites ravaged by weather and tourism, the Chilean government and officials of Easter Island requested a digital survey of the island. Autodesk selected METCO to complete the Laser Scanning and conventional survey of major portions of the island. |
