METCO's condominium experience includes condo conversions, site condominiums, Marinas, and joint-use. METCO works closely with clients, architects, engineers and attorneys to compile and produce a comprehensive set of Exhibit B documents for recording. METCO's experience includes:

• Condo Conversions: Apartment dwellings into single Condominium
  units that highlight retail units on lower floors, general common
  fitness rooms on middle floors, hotel use floors, and high-end luxury living on upper floors.
  
  
• Preparation of Detached Condominium, multiple Duplex and Fourplex dwelling documents that feature aspects of independent subdivision living.
  
  
• Preparation of Condominium documents for commercial use only, from
  as small as 2 units in a one story building to multi-level spaces.
